Shipping Information

We will ship your order by the next business day.Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 AM until 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.

We will ship any most orders UPS ground . Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or any other country will incur freight charges. A signature may be required at the receiving end. Other shipping options are available at an additional expense to you.

We may ship your order via common carrier. The carrier will provide a lift gate service in order to bring the products down to ground level.

If you are providing us a commercial address to ship to, please note that in the special instructions box during the ordering process.

Returns

You cannot return an order from Aquaflow unless you have a valid reason to do so or if the item or system has been installed.

You must contact us to receive a return authorization number in order to return any item. Shipping any item(s) back without authorization does not constitute an acceptable return.

We will accept back defective parts under warranty with a return authorization. You will have to pay for the shipping costs for the replacement part. You must pay for the replacement part first before we ship it. You will be credited back for the returned part after we receive it back.

You must pay any shipping charges on all returned items. If your order was damaged during shipping, then refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Warranties

The manufacture of each component warrants the components.

Water Softener and Automatic Filter warranties are as follows: Control valves are warranted for 5 years. Fiberglass tanks up to 13" in diameter are warranted for 10 years. Tank diameters 14" and up are warranted for 5 years. Salt storage tanks are warranted for 5 years. There is no warranty on the softening or filter medias.

Reverse Osmosis systems have a one year warranty that does not include the filters or membrane.

Ultraviolet Disinfection units have a one year warranty.

Aquaflow does not warrant against misapplication or incorrect installation of equipment. We will replace any component that we determine to be defective. Aquaflow will not replace a complete system due to a component issue.

Privacy

Aquaflow will not sell or trade your information to any other company or entity.
